Withdrawal requests are processed subject to your account's KYC verification status being complete and in good standing. Any active bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the associated bonus and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ji33's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall ji33 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits ji33's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by ji33's gross negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
ji33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ji33 may, at its discretion, withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where closure results from ji33's error or from the player's voluntary request, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your ji33 account at any time by contacting ji33 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. All valid account balances will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days of the closure being confirmed.

Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, and these Terms shall be construed in accordance with Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter. Nothing in this clause shall limit ji33's right to take proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in one jurisdiction preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court or authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
